Kimberly Rauscher
 Classical Violinist

Kimberly Rauscher attended the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities, where she studied with a concentration in string music. She later earned her Bachelor of Music in Classical Violin Performance from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, graduating magna cum laude and receiving Dean’s List honors throughout her undergraduate studies. As a performer, Kimberly has experience in orchestral, chamber, solo, sacred, and community settings. She brings a strong classical foundation, expressive musicianship, and professionalism to each performance.

During her time at Belmont, Kimberly performed extensively with the Belmont University Symphony Orchestra, serving as Principal Second Violin for the 2025–2026 season. Her orchestral experience includes performances in the President’s Concert and Sounds of Belmont, the CODA National Conference, Christmas at Belmont, and An Evening of Hope with Andrea Bocelli & Friends. She also performed as part of Andrea Bocelli’s Romanza 30th Anniversary World Tour, appearing with the tour orchestra at the Legacy Arena in Birmingham, Alabama, and the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.

Kimberly performances include weddings and liturgical services. She was recently selected to perform in the orchestra for SEEK 2026, a major national Catholic conference hosted by the Fellowship of Catholic University Students, known as FOCUS. As part of the conference orchestra, Kimberly performed for two liturgies before an audience of approximately 16,000 people, contributing to one of the largest Catholic young adult gatherings in the United States.

As an educator, Kimberly brings warmth, discipline, and encouragement to young musicians. She has served as a student counselor and assistant for string programs including Strings Explosion Summer Camp and Belmont String Crossings Camp, where she mentored middle and high school string students through rehearsals, chamber music, ensemble activities, and performance preparation.

Kimberly’s work as a violinist is shaped by her love of classical music, her dedication to service, and her desire to bring beauty and excellence to each performance. Whether performing on stage, playing for a sacred liturgy, collaborating in chamber music, or guiding the next generation of violin students, she approaches her artistry with grace, intention, and joy.
